We want you to be happy with the goods and service you receive from us. You may return most unopened, unused, non-downloadable product still in its original packaging within 60 days of purchase for customer credit or a refund. 

Returns or damaged items

If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 10 days of them arriving. At that time, arrangements will be made to return the damaged goods, and a replacement will be sent to you. Please keep damaged shipping box in case we need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. We may ask for photos of the damaged items and shipping box. We will elect to refund your payment or reship the replacement items free of charge via standard shipping methods.  If a replacement for your item is no longer available, we will refund you the amount charged for the item. To qualify for the refund, product(s) must  be returned to us within 60 days of the original shipment and in the same condition we shipped it - unopened, unused, and undamaged. Please repack the products carefully for the return trip to avoid damage in transit. Products that are returned to us opened and used will not be refunded. If you believe there will be a problem with the product reaching us within the 60-day period, contact our customer service department to make special arrangements. We're here to help and to work with you to find a solution. 

Please note that on all returns, customer will be responsible for return shipping.  Also, all items bought on sale or as clearance items are final sale and do not qualify for return or refund. We take returns on a case-by-case situation. Please contact us here and we will work with you. We do not exchange undamaged items unless the customer agrees to pay additional shipping costs. The original shipping charge as well as the return shipping cost is non-refundable. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on all undamaged returned items.

While we strive to pack our orders flawlessly, sometimes human nature gets in our way. If there has been a mistake with your order, please contact us here within 10 days of receiving your order and we will rectify the problem.

We do not accept returns on downloadable products.  If you are having trouble using or downloading a product, please contact us.
